Policies:

Cancellation Policy:
- I understand that life is busy and sometimes things come up that are out of our control. I also try very hard to make myself exclusively available for your appointment and want you to be able to enjoy and benefit from your treatment. In consideration of my time and my other clients, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment I prefer a minimum of 72 hours notice. For changes I will make all attempts to find another suitable time but cannot guarantee availability. Changes or Cancellations within 36 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. Additionally, clients that habitually re-schedule, cancel or fail to show up for their appointments may be declined for future appointments.

Communication Policy:
- Please direct ALL communication through the phone number on this website or by responding to the emails from our booking system. 
- Because most of my time is spent with clients, I try to return phone calls and emails within 2-3 working days. Please note that my schedule fluctuates, so if you have not received a return call, I may be out of the office, booked back to back or unable to accommodate your request at that time.
- You will receive an automated confirmation email upon booking an appointment and a reminder 3 - 4 days prior to your appointment. Please ensure that your spam filter does not filter these emails and be sure to click to confirm for the reminder confirmations.
 
Appointment Scheduling policy:
- Please arrive on time for your appointments. If you arrive early and the door is locked I am still in session. 
- I want you to receive the best possible results from your time here, but if you are late I may need to shorten your treatment due to time constraints. If there is not enough time to perform your treatment it may be considered a "late cancel".
- If you need to reschedule an appointment, I will try to find an alternative slot for you. Changes are best made by email to avoid playing phone tag.  

Gift Certificates:
- Please note that Gift certificates may only be purchased for existing clients.
