New Clients
How do I become a new client?
+
Amy's Skincare Oasis accepts a limited number of new clients so every appointment stays unhurried and personalized. New-client spots open periodically — join the waitlist on our New Clients page and we'll reach out as soon as one becomes available. When you do come in, your first visit starts with a comprehensive consultation and a customized first treatment. Questions? Call us at (770) 998-2240.
What should I expect at my first visit?
+
Your first visit includes a thorough consultation — we talk through your skin history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals before we touch your face. The treatment itself is customized based on that intake. You also receive homecare product recommendations and a plan for future visits. Allow at least 2 hours for your first appointment.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
+
Upon booking you will receive a detailed intake form — completing it well in advance allows us to thoroughly review your goals and history for contraindications, and best prepare us to make the most of your time in the studio. Come with a clean face if possible, and be ready to discuss your current skincare routine and any products, medications, or treatments you're currently using. If you're taking Accutane or have had recent procedures (chemical peels, laser, injectables), let us know when you book.
Do you accept walk-ins?
+
No — we are by appointment only. This allows us to give every client the dedicated, unhurried attention their skin deserves. Appointments can be booked online or by calling (770) 998-2240.
Services & Treatments
Do you still offer HydraFacial® treatments?
+
No. While many clients enjoy HydraFacial treatments, we have chosen to focus on fully customized facial services rather than a single branded treatment platform.
Our treatments combine professional exfoliation, hydration, extractions, LED light therapy, microcurrent, targeted serums, and other advanced modalities based on your skin’s specific needs and goals.
We have found that this approach allows us to deliver excellent results while providing greater flexibility in treatment design and better overall value for our clients.
If you previously enjoyed HydraFacial, don’t worry — we can recommend a customized treatment designed to achieve many of the same benefits, including smoother texture, improved hydration, brighter skin, and a refreshed appearance.
Is microcurrent treatment painful?
+
Microcurrent is completely painless. Most clients describe it as a very mild, barely perceptible tingling. The currents used are far below the threshold of discomfort. Most clients find it relaxing.
How often should I get a facial?
+
For most clients, every 4–6 weeks is ideal for maintenance. Clients working through specific concerns (congestion, laxity, hyperpigmentation) may benefit from monthly sessions during a corrective phase. Your esthetician will give you a specific recommendation after your first visit.
Are your treatments safe for sensitive skin?
+
Yes — one of the hallmarks of a customized approach is that every product and technique is selected based on your skin. We do not apply a standard protocol to sensitive skin. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please let us know when you book.
What is Total Light Infusion (TLI)?
+
TLI is our advanced LED therapy protocol powered by Lightwave professional equipment. It combines specific LED wavelengths (red, blue, near-infrared) with customized topical serums that are driven deeper into the skin by the light energy. It is more powerful and more precise than the LED add-ons available at most facial bars.
Products & Skincare
What skincare brands do you carry?
+
We carry professional lines including G.M. Collin, Dr. Dennis Gross, Dermalogica, ABI Dermaceuticals, and our own GS Essentials — a pharmaceutical-grade, fragrance-free line formulated for clinical results. Products are available through our online shop.
What is GS Essentials?
+
GS Essentials is our in-house, pharmaceutical-grade skincare line. It's fragrance-free, formulated with clinical actives, and designed to complement the results of your in-studio treatments. It was developed specifically for clients who want professional-quality skincare without unnecessary additives.
Can I buy products without being a client?
+
Yes — our shop is open to everyone at shop.amysskincareoasis.com. If you have questions about which products are right for your skin, a Virtual Skincare Coaching session with Amy is the best way to get personalized guidance before purchasing.
Booking & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
+
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows affect our ability to accommodate other clients. Please reach out by phone or text as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Do you offer gift cards?
+
Yes — gift cards are available at amysskincareoasis.com/e-gift-cards. Choose an amount, check out on our shop, and the recipient gets an instant email with a code to redeem in studio or on our product shop.
Gift cards are also a great fit for Virtual Coaching and Skin Reset Packages — open to clients anywhere, no waitlist required. In-studio service appointments are currently limited to established clients. Gift cards do not expire.
Where are you located?
+
We are located in Roswell, GA 30076. Full address details are shared when your appointment is confirmed. We are a boutique studio — by appointment only.
